DRY BOX ® 1000 is a system for gravity dehydration in disposable bags. Bag disposal is performed mechanically.
The container is moved to storage point, avoiding both the operator direct contact with mud and the possible breaking of the bag during handling.
Energy consumption is irrelevant. The absorption of compressed air to operate ACTIVE FILTRATION is negligible. The installation does not need infrastructure, and can be installed both inside and outside. A filter bag contains about 1.000Kg of dewatered sludge, thus personnel work for the replacement is 5 times less than for DRY BOX ® 200 and 12 times less than for the bags on the market.
It is fed from the top, by gravity or volumetric pump. The filtrate is conveyed to fall outside of the collection container by the 3 ” exhaust pipe, located at the bottom. Replacing the bag containing the dewatered sludge is done by using a forklift truck, thus the whole container is moved to the storage point. After opening the closing side hooks and the bottom handle, the container opens and the bucket is unloaded. The bag in storage continues its natural evaporation process until it is reduced by more than 50% of its original volume, and then can be disposed of.
The streamlining management combined with the volume of the tank, allow customers, whose sludge production is relatively low, to work with industrial realities.
